I accidentally sent a check into the shred bin (via my digital mailbox app) and Becca went the extra mile to find it for me. She told me she would "dumpster dive to find my check" when I called and asked if there was any hope of retrieving my misplaced check. What an amazing experience! This is how it should be!

I walked in and was greeted kindly by both of the employees. I explained what I was trying to accomplish, which was return a comforter and to swap the box it was shipped in for a smaller box to reduce the shipping cost.

She gave me a used box that she already had in exchange for my larger box at no cost, had the package taped up and ready to ship in minutes, and saved me about $40, all in less than about 8 minutes and with a smile. I'll be back for any shipping I need to!

Hello,TLC shipping is the way to go.The prices are fair with excellent customer service. I dealt with the a young lady name Stacie and she treated me the way a person likes to be treated,she answered all my questions and concerns.I needed one item shipped overseas and was getting quotes from Sarasota twice of what TLC charged me.

Stacey is a wonderful and knowledgeable person.
