Hello Sephora inside the Kohls at the Phoenix Arizona Ahwatukee store!!
My family and I were there shopping this past Sunday around 2pm and I was talking to 2 Sephora employees named Sydney and Autumn who were very friendly and sweet!
I was telling them my family and I enjoy Princess Cruises to Alaska and Hawaii and I recommended both cruises for them!
Please commend them and recognize them for being wonderful employees!

Friendly customer service, but not a fan of the return policy. A Sephora is a Sephora, and returns/exchanges need to be honored no matter where. Oh, and carry Ami Cole cosmetics.

Thief is what they are. They charge my cc without my authorization or knowledge for a membership $55.32
EXCUSE ME!!!!! Our you out of your mind. I am not ever going to pay for a membership to buy an efing lipstick. Thiefs. My cc was not save on the Sephora app to use as they please. The audacity and nerve?I AM DISGUSTED BY SEPHORA

Erasing all your stuff and I’ll continue letting every girl I know? I cannot even picture a struggling woman waking up to a charge because once they bought a product from this site at some point and TODAY they decided to use our info and charge us $55.32 for a membership NOPE!!!

Also very shady that Google reviews are turn off…..shady thiefs ?
