Stopped in shop while visiting Alaska. Had already bought more than enough fabric on trip and had plans for several shops while on cruise, but....ended up purchasing a bunch here. Couldn't help myself, beautiful Alaskan fabric and great assortment of lazar cut appliques that just had to go home with me. Now I need more! Nice shop, thanks for the great experience.

Visited this shop in Sept 2023 and purchased a couple of kits. The staff were all very helpful. Unfortunately when I opened one kit to start the quilt which had 2 choices of colours the kit was half and half so I have had to find material to be able to do the quilt. Check kits that you purchase to make sure you have the correct material.

Hated it for being closed on Sunday. About 20 cruise ship passengers stopped by, looked in the windows, and expressed disappointment. I had planned to pick up some Alaska-themed fabric as I did years back at this Seward merchant, since a time crunch made that impossible in Ketchikan. This year's holiday presents will have to be reconsidered. I was figuring on zip bags for everyone.

Stopped in this shop as owner worked with quilting retreat group. Loved the atmosphere of the shop, friendliness, and left w quite a bit more fabric than I had planned to buy. Nice selection of fabric. I will definitely return on my visits to Seward.

I don't really know much about sowing but my wife was in love with this place. If you quilt or craft do not skip this stop. It's pretty much world class. It puts Hobby Lobby to shame. God I hate that place. I want to keep this review positive thoe. If your a women and own needles just go already. And if you can't make the trip to Seward go online she has a website.

What a great shop, especially if you’re looking for well curated Alaskana collections! I try to make it a point to drive the 80 mile round trip when staying at my cabin to visit this wonderfully stocked quilting store. I love browsing thru all of the fun and different fabrics and notions. Can’t wait to go again!

Wonderfully stocked quilt shop in the heart of historic downtown Seward. She has exclusive Alaskan patterns and fabrics and kits as well as superb blenders. The owner's eye for color is so good that her samples look better than the quilts on the covers of the patterns and she is happy to help you find just the right combination for your quilt. She has Row By Row and the cutest fabric license plates.

A fun and beautiful shop in Seward Alaska. Sheila has the largest selection of Alaskan and batik fabrics and many, many choices of panels. Lots and lots of high quality beautiful fabrics to choose from.
