Always good customer service. But tonight below that good to great! I believe his name is Jared, gentlemen who works weekends, went beyond tonight to make sure I was happy after getting a vape with a bad auto fire and coming back in. I can not say thank you enough.

I like their selection of products, they really have something for everyone. There are some great, friendly staff who are quite knowledgeable about the various products sold here. Then, there are staff who aren't quite so friendly. I've bought three electronic devices from Shaggy's. I got home one day and realized the guy had given me the wrong device (it was on the shelf next to the one I had purchased) so I went back to Shaggy's to get the correct one and the woman who was working was less than polite about it. And, it quit working just a few weeks later. They wouldn't exchange it. The second item I purchased, I believe had been heavily used. It has to be charged twice a day and total use of the device is about 10-15 minutes (total) in a day. It also had a couple chips dented in it. Lastly, the entire top came off (no, it's not meant to). I'd had it for less than a week when this happened. When I took it back to Shaggy's, the woman wouldn't let me return it because she considered it a return when I took my first device back to get the correct one I'd bought. Frustrated about that. Of the 3 devices I've bought from there, each over $50, all stopped working in less than 4-6 weeks. I also learned all three haven't been made or sold by the manufacturer, which would've been nice to know beforehand.
