Placed an online order for an item listed as instock and received an order receipt. 11 days later order still states as pending. I contacted the store by phone three days ago and was told someone would return my call. No return call. I contacted the store yesterday only to be told the item was out of stock and would need to be reordered. When I asked why an out of stock item was listed for sale I was told “ It was in stock when you placed your order”. So…,because my order took so long someone else was able to purchase the item I ordered.? I requested that the order be canceled and a refund issued. Still waiting on confirmation of refund. Not a happy camper.
