I visited this store today, I can't say enough good about this store. We were there looking for some replacement clothes for our good friends who's house burnt a few days ago. We had made a few selections and we're on a tight budget. When I was talking with the sales lady I told her about our friends house and she gave them their items and offered even more. This store went above and beyond to help our friends. I highly reccomend this store. It's people who care. I'll be back soon as their prices are awesome too. I'm not from Grove but will drive back often just to shop this store. Thank you Sharpe's ! 100 stars!!!

Buyer beware!! The customer service needs work. I purchased 3 pair of shoes, needed to exchange one pair for a different size, took my receipts, and the shoes shown in the photo they refused to let me exchange, saying it looked like the shoes Had been worn. After explaining that I purchased them 2 hours earlier and they did not fit, The ladies insisted that they had been worn, and they would not accept them.

We love this store but you have to always call before you go cause I can’t tell you how many times we have came and they closed early or closed today and online it shows normal hours! At least update your hours so people know!!

We don't have a Sharpes in my hometown so I stopped in here to see what they had. I was impressed with their selection and prices but I'm too short for any kind of western jeans and that's what I was looking for.

This place is pretty awesome, the staff are always nice and although you might eye some of the prices some of them are outrageously cheap. Like 10 dollars for a pair of pants is crazy cheap.

Micah and the Lady working with him on 2-26-24 were very kind and worked with me . They gave me my money bk on a gift that my dad was unable to return on time they went above and beyond to help me. I really appreciated their kindness.

Great little department store with a wide selection of merchandise. Had been in town over a year before we found this place and have been several times since. Great customer service, and they will order an item if they do not have it on hand.
