Sheds Galore and More really made my experience buying a shed amazing. Would like to thank Brandon for making sure the whole process was nothing less but the best. When Daniel and Jimmy came out to deliver the building they were awesome. Not only did they take there time moving my old shed to its new spot and help with the crane bringing in the new one they went over and beyond to make sure we were happy with placement and leveling. Well... Can't complain about the build quality. Building turned out nice when it was finally time. Even though its facing the wrong way. Salesman seemed all well and good the first couple of times we went. He sat down with us and went over our ideas and designed a building for us on a piece of paper, which I liked. We talked about where to put the windows and doors and which way to face them. After we signed the papers the trail went cold. We called not to be pushy but just to get updates as we had other plans for the property and needed to know a rough timeline. He did not call back once, we had to call several days to a week later just to be told the same thing which was kind of annoying but kind of standard for nowadays. Finally the subcontractor showed up to pour the slab and we had to tell him which way to face the doors which seemed like something that should have been made clear to him by the company installing the building, but okay. I was not home when it was measured and dug and poured and later (today at install) we find out it was poured facing the wrong way according to how the doors were supposed to be. We told him which way the doors would be facing and trusted he knew what he was doing... Apparently there was a mix-up between him and the salesman and how the designs are laid out. I should have done it but a property owner should not have to go out and measure while they are laying it out and make sure that it's facing the right way... Hindsight says I should have come home and made sure it was done the right way. So now we have a very nice and sturdy building that is just facing 90° opposite of what we wanted. I tried to call the salesman today when my wife told me that the slab was incorrect, to try and talk about some of these issues we have had and the issue with the final product before leaving a review, to hear their response, and got no answer...big surprise there. Not wanting anything for free or demanding any type of refund but kind of screwy to pay that kind of money for a permanently affixed structure that is not as you asked... I can understand extended timelines and waiting on ordered material to show up, but not an inattentive salesman and crew, and the building not turning out as we requested. The install crew did not even know where to put the windows because the salesman did not ensure they understood what we had discussed at the point of sale. Doesn't quite warrant a one or two star but definitely not a four or five. Try doing that to some of the other people around here without them screaming your head off and demanding a full refund... Of course this has been our experience with several companies in the Live Oak area so far. Based on our experience I'd say if you are going to be a VERY involved consumer through the whole process, micromanaging them, you should be good and you'll get a good product in the end, but if you can't babysit them, go elsewhere. If the owner of the company reads these, your final install crew did an amazing job and cleaned up after themselves. We were told by the salesman he would relay to everyone to try not to make a million different paths and ruts through the yard (it WAS seeded) and they were the only ones to follow that as well. So don't holler at them, give them credit where it's due.

Got a shed from them Saturday THEY TOLD ME it'll be delivered Monday morning so I canceled my whole day for a shed to be delivered here it is 5:30 still no shed and of course they cant call you and tell you you have to be the one to call them

I hired the company to move a 12' x 24' high quality, used shed from one location to another. The job included unanchoring, loading, transporting, unloading in new location, leveling, and reanchoring. They did an excellent job, the service tech was top notch and very professional.

They moved 2 sheds for me and set them back up at two different sites. The guys that did it were professional about it and did expert jobs at both places. Everyone that they interacted with commented on what a great job they did. My son even called and told me to make sure I gave them a great review as they were so good maneuvering the truck and shed in through tight spots and bad roads. Thanks for a great and reasonable priced job🤗
