I've been shopping Shein for a long time! My last order was January 2025 and when I shop I buy a lot. With my purchase I got two pairs of comfy slippers, One of the slippers was received separately from my full order in the mailbox. That pair of slippers was clearly used and dirty. I've attempted to contact Shein with no response or customer service email. If shein does not respond to my complaint I will never shop Shein again ever. It's funny that this particular pair of slippers I was unable to do a review or start a return. Very dissatisfied customer If a company does not provide a valid email or phone number for complaints ETC why shop with them!.

★★☆☆☆ – Love Shein, But Express Shipping Is a Scam

I’ve been a loyal Shein shopper for years because their prices and product quality are great for what you pay. However, every single time I pay the extra $13 for Express Shipping, I end up regretting it. My orders always get delayed in processing, and I still receive them in the same time frame as if I had just chosen standard shipping. This has happened multiple times now, and at this point, I feel like paying for Express is just throwing money away.

My most recent experience has been the most frustrating. On February 26th, I placed an Express Shipping order for a pair of jeans, a set of underwear, a set of socks, a set of belts, and a pair of dress pants. I needed these items for a new job I’m supposed to start on March 5th, so I specifically paid extra to ensure they would arrive in time. The estimated delivery window was March 1st–March 7th, and from my past experience with Shein, my packages almost always arrive on the first day of the time frame. However, as of March 2nd, my order is still in processing, and I just received a delay notification stating that my package won’t arrive until between March 8th and March 14th—completely missing the timeframe I needed it for.

What makes this even more frustrating is that on February 27th (the day after I placed my Express order), I ordered some accessories for my e-bike using standard shipping, and those have already been shipped out! Meanwhile, my Express Shipping order is still stuck in processing. This just proves that paying for Express does absolutely nothing to speed up the process. If anything, it seems like it delays it further.

I wouldn’t be as upset if this were the first time this happened, but it’s a recurring issue. The only reason I took the risk this time was because my last Express Shipping order actually arrived on time, so I thought maybe Shein had improved. Clearly, that was just a fluke. I needed this order in time for work, as I don’t have the correct apparel and can’t fit into my old clothes anymore due to gaining 50lbs from a medical condition. My previous work clothes are all US size 4s and 6s, but I’m now a size 12, so I physically cannot wear what I already own. I thought Express Shipping would be the safest option to ensure I had what I needed, but now I’ll be starting my job without the proper attire.

It’s extremely frustrating to pay extra for a service that doesn’t actually speed up anything. I love Shein’s products and will continue to shop here, but I will never waste money on Express Shipping again. If you’re considering paying extra for faster delivery—don’t. It’s not worth it.

This company will charge you for products, then only put the return address on the package so that the post office never delivers the product to the customer. They will keep your products and your money. If anyone knows a Good Lawyer let me know because I will be taking this to court.

Never had issues till last month I ordered on Nov 29 and they helped my package till Dec 7 then is was held at customs then my package went backwards. Then they sent it to another shipping company. I paid for shipping to be here on dec 9 and still have not received it. The tracking says it’s been out for delivery for 3 days. I’ve reported this company as a scam and a fraud they give out false information and hold your packages.

Please Stop supporting SHEIN !! They are a scam !! Ordered more than $350 worth of clothes about 2 months ago for a trip was given it to wrong person … showed them proof of someone else signing for it & they don’t want to be responsible!! Stole me money ‼️‼️‼️ …. Spoke to ups and they just claim they lost it .

Spent over 20k here in the last for years ordering online. My kids and I love the clothes and never had regrets with any items. My children look fashionable on a budget. I reccomend this company.

I ordered from SHEIN and had a frustrating experience. My package was marked as delivered, but it has been missing for over five days. When I contacted customer service, they just kept telling me to check with FedEx, even though FedEx confirmed that the package is stolen and cannot be located.

I’ve been given the runaround with no resolution, and I believe I deserve a refund since I purchased the items from SHEIN. This experience has been incredibly disappointing, and I won't be shopping here again.

So I left a review about how SHEIN has become the store on line that advertises coupons and continues to ask you to add more to your cart to get them even if your at 400.00 bucks ! And to add on is a few things that they post and not even considering what you have spent already ! SHEIN used to be if you spend over a amount you get a coupon ( not continuing to build up your basket ) I have been with SHEIN for 3 years maybe 4 and I feel that it's a form of mishandling your customers by giving them false advertising. At the end of your check out if I purchase 600.00 yet the cart is showing 400.00 when I check out it's says that Is what I saved ( yet the Che k out is still 600.00 Shen has found a way to handle Americans because they mad so much money from us and that's fine . They are actually hustling there customers and never give the coupons that they advertised as they use too ..
