They ignore you. Supervisor has never once returned an email. They make kids stand on a dangerous highway in the dark instead of coming inside the neighborhood. Their only excuse is it’s a community stop. All bus stops are community stops. It doesn’t mean you can't turn into the neighborhood where middle school children can be safe. Also, when one bus cannot run, they double up another bus and those kids are sitting and standing in the aisle. This is not safe either but I am not surprised.

This is honestly a horrible job at helping students get home and get to school it's ridiculous how much chaos happens every single day it should be fixed and resolved

Why is there no public transportation on hwy 280 there is one bus that you may see twice a day some people may not have cars the public transit system is a joke if I could rate a zero iwould
