They lost my kids' only pictures with Santa I had taken for the whole season. They wouldn't call me back to schedule the family session we paid for at the Santa photo shoot. After two calls and a text message, I finally received a text back letting me know they would contact me after they got back to their office. 15 days later I still had no answers so I asked for a refund. Got a message back telling me they still havent looked into anything. Ridiculously bad communication with customers. Save your money, get Santa pics taken at Cabellas so you at least have one for the season!

Tracy and Heath Shelton are amazing people in general but they are also great at what they do business wise as well. They have been so patient with all my questions and have given me great ideas. I look forward to all the additional business I will do with them.
