I saw some complaints about being watched for theft- I was watched for theft as well, but don't find it offensive given the current high rate of theft in stores in the bay area currently. I take it that the business is trying to survive and preventing theft loss is necessary

Also saw complaints about high numbers of Hispanic employees. Not sure why that would bother anyone. As long as employees are treated well. The manager was clearly not Hispanic himself. Not even close. I enjoyed their polite company and didn't mind the many eyes with nothing to hide when I got an amazing deal for my fast growing teenager. Will definitely go here again for basketball shoes. Got his $160 shoes for $96

I have always been greeted by employees when I enter the store. When I have a questions for employees they were very helpful. If they didn’t have an item in stock they went out of their way to check their other stores. Never had any negative issues here. I have spoken to the manager at this location on several occasions and he always does what he can to help out the customer. Happy to have a local store with great staff and great inventory, never know what you might come across in there.
