So I bought a 2017 ram from these people and I'll admit the person I dealt with was super nice, and did everything to get the best price, but there mechanic needs to fired. Because he's not checking the vehicles at all. I got my truck and less than 24 hours later the batter was shot. Then it started to overheat less than a few days from that. So I replaced the thermostat, water pump and flushed the radiator, was about to replace the radiator fan until I thought to check the fuses and relays and they flat out were missing. Not blown, missing so I had to get those. And a few days from that the transmission started slipping. Truck still overheats. And if they had a half decent mechanic that did there job then he would have spotted most those problems and probably thought to check some other things to make sure the vehicle was good to be sold. So from my experience, while they were nice, don't shop there because they sell junkers.

Don't buy from them; they're liars. My wife bought a Jeep from them in March. She took it for a test drive and said it drove fine. She parked, got out, looked it over, and got back in. When she put it in drive on the way back, it wouldn't go over 45 mph. They had their mechanic test drive it while they waited. Their lady told my wife it was a good Jeep, and they had driven it to Memphis with no issues. She asked if my wife was sure it was in drive, not manual. The mechanic said it drove fine for him and suggested my wife might have put it in the wrong gear. Trusting their word, she bought it. Less than a mile up the road, the engine blew. They wouldn't help her, saying, 'That's why we sold you the warranty.' They're scammers and liars.

I bought an Chevy avalanche from them and drove it for 2 days. Then it went into the shop for a laundry list of work. 8000 dollars worth to be exact. And the dealership says there’s nothing they can do even though what was wrong was their fault. I will not be purchasing from them again. I also posted this on the post they have of me on Facebook. They then proceeded to block me there and leave the post up as I was a happy customer. They bypassed the transcooler which also voided the warranty they scammed me for. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.

My son was sold a vehicle AND a basic warranty by this company.He drove from the lot in Arkansas to his home town and straight to a mechanic. Transmission and radiator gone..... Mechanic shop had an adjuster come out to look at it and the claim was denied because someone bypassed the transcooler before he purchased this truck which voided the warranty. I called the owner of this company and his response to me was how do I know that he didn't do the work after it left my lot? Very unprofessional and sold a warranty that they knew could not be used. And if you have anything negative to say anywhere they block you. Someone we don't even know commented on the post saying they had pretty much the same thing happened to them. Do not recommend by any means!!

Horrible service, will be quick to run credit but no answer.. Others have also said they're quick to sell cars but aren't trustworthy on the actual car. Glad i didn't drop 4k here! 🙂

Got a ram 1500 back in October, needed a truck so I over looked the horrible customer service from the two men that handle my application. Less than two weeks the engine blows out. Luckily I paid warranty. Messages dealership and they actually disrespected me speaking vulgar comments and blocked me. Have all the messages. You can tell they need to make sales bad there . They didn’t even want to give me a new set of tires, wheel alignment or tank of gas I had to ask for the gas . Engine also needed an oil change that day and I have photos of it while still sitting on their lot while we’re all looking at it . They said truck had been cleared and checked though.

They were very nice very honest and they were very thorough they didn’t just tell me I wasn’t approved and sent me on my way they did everything they could to get me approved or find out why I wasn’t approved. Very nice people highly recommend getting a vehicle from them! Jessie was amazing to work with!
