I was rushing today and didn't notice on their Google Profile that their business is closed today for the holiday. I called and spoke with the owner directly who was genuinely a nice guy. He helped track down a package of mine and even came into the shop to receive said package and hand deliver it to me. I didn't expect him to do any of that seeing as though they were clearly closed. Such a great customer service experience and I will be using his store moving forward.

What an amazing spot for dropping off packages and not having to deal with FedEx and UPS stores.

I walked in first time to drop off a package, I was greeted right away and welcomed.

Last Friday, I was anticipating the delivery of a package, but it turned out that UPS delivered it to Ship It LAX instead. Initially, I was annoyed, but as it turned out, discovering Ship It LAX was a blessing in disguise. Despite being situated discreetly in a shopping center on Manchester, they have a lot to offer. Ship It LAX offers packing, shipping, parcel pick up, and mailbox rentals services.

The two gentlemen working inside were very courteous and professional. They promptly checked my ID for verification and handed over my package. One of the things I really appreciated was the pleasant aroma inside the store! It really was the proverbial “icing on the cake”. I highly recommend visiting Ship It LAX for all your shipping needs.
