Always had quality work at more than reasonable prices. And will make sure you’re satisfied with the work. I saw a negative post saying they “had work done and was charged a fortune”. They give you the price of their work before starting. So you must have agreed beforehand. Just saying.

TRUSTWORTHY!! I’ve had several people tell me they have used the Shirley’s for years and trusted them with every piece of jewelry. I read reviews and saw one negative review before going. Which was an unusual google account and seemed fake. Remember anyone especially competitors can try and make someone look bad. I went and got my ring sizes and he fixed prongs on my heirloom ring and made it more beautiful than it was!! The before picture is in the kitchen the after is in my car. The turn around time was amazing! They were supper friendly too!

SCAM ALERT!!! I went in to have family heirloom wedding ring appraised and he told me the diamond was fake. He tried to get me to buy another diamond from him so he could "swap it for the fake" at the cost of $500. I felt certain my mother would not give me a fake diamond and suspected foul play, so I took it to another jeweler who indeed confirmed that it was real. And just to be sure, I took it to another, and then another. Three jewelers confirmed it is a real diamond but this guy at Sjirleys tries to tell me it's a fake and says I should buy a real one from him and he can "swap it for the fake" diamond in my wedding ring. What a low-down, dirty, evil snake this guy is.

I drove over a hour to get there today and said they was open and come to find out at 309 a gallon I only wasted $45 WORTH OF GAS TO FIND OUT THERE NOT OPEN I WILL NEVER DO THAT AGAIN!!

Ripped me off on the custom ring. she made me a duplicate of my mother in laws wedding set and charged a fortune ! Very nice woman and does fine work with things though.

My wife left some jewelry which included my mother’s gold ring with stones and other valuables. She passed away in August and now they say they can’t find any of the jewelry. The son tried to give me someone else’s wedding set up. And now their phone is disconnected.
