These guys have the best videos that come up on Facebook, Instagram or Youtube that ultimately helped me decide what shocks to get. Parts came in exactly as the ETA stated at time of purchase. Shocks were assembled very neat and cleanly and most importantly packed safely. Shipping company denied my rear shocks for some reason but Daisy from support got my order to me within 48hrs of emailing them and I cant wait to get them in.

Bought a pair of shocks. They were leaking upon delivery, notified SHOCK SURPLUS, they sent out brand new shocks, got them in a couple days. Very fast and professional service. 100% recommend and will be using them again in the future.

I would give 10 stars if possible. I placed an order for a set of shocks for my truck. A few weeks later I noticed that they had dropped the price on the set I had ordered. I emailed their costumer service in hopes of getting a partial refund since the price had dropped. I honestly did not expect them to reimburse me the difference but I figured it was worth a shot. They refunded me the difference without hesitation. I will definitely to business with them in the future.

Order #SS244777 It’s been extremely difficult to get in touch with customer service in every way possible to replace a defective shock via live chat,email and warranty/exchange category $800 for you to send me only 3 good shock and 1 defective.

Update: After 1 week they reply after the fact.
And thanks for shipping the shock and defective shock is getting ship back to you. Thanks.

Ordered shocks that they didn't have in stock, yet they still charged my card. I called next day to doublecheck what was going on and they said they had 2 left in stock for me (spoke with Joe, check photo below).
Next day Michael informed me of them not being in stock and a refund being issued.

Week later still waiting on the refund. Bank will be getting involved.

Avoid business with Shock Surplus. They're very sloppy to say the least. Repeated mistakes that are unacceptable.

Eibach is not happy with them also, stating they never shouldve charged for a product that has not been in stock for awhile and also has been discontinued.

Shock Surplus couldn't even update their website that it was out of stock.

I recently ordered a Bilstien lift kit from your website and I had a few questions regarding the parts and in general installation of this kit. I connected to the chat option on your website and was connected to your employee Nick.

From the moment I started my chat with Nick I was met with a warm and professional response that made me feel valued as a customer. Every question I had was answered promptly and thoroughly. Nick exhibited a level of knowledge and patience that was truly impressive. If he didnt know the answer he went and actually looked for an answer rather than just saying he didn't know.
What stood out the most was his genuine commitment to providing me the info I needed. His attention to detail, constant communication, and follow-up showed me that they genuinely cared about my satisfaction. He even noticed that I was local to your shop and offered will call as an option so that I could get my ordered suspension even faster!!!
