The staff is lazy. They stand around the register doing nothing! You ask for a size several times before getting actual help. My 12 year old son was also racially profiled by the light-skinned security gaurd!!! This place is ghetto. I'm returning everything my kids bought.

Went in to buy some shoes. Asked to try on my size. The sales associate handed me the display shoe to try on, I did, then asked to try the mate for my other foot to make sure it was a good fit as well.

They grabbed the other shoe from the back and while bringing it out calling "open box"out loud for the whole store to hear, which is a first for me when trying on shoes.

I told them it fit and would like to buy them. They then put the display shoe, which had obviously been tried on by a lot of people since the base and tounge of the shoe was dirty, in the open box with the other shoe from the back.

I asked them why they are selling me the display shoe, and was told that is how they do it. When I asked for a pair they wasn't dirty and tested out by several feet, I was told this is the only one in my size in the store.

Needless to say, I bought them somewhere else, for the same price and not dirty. Will not be back.

Avoid this store at all costs! I’ve waited over a week to get resolution on faulty shoes sold here, AVOID this store! They are trying to re-sell faulty shoes instead of returning them to the manufacturer. They refused to issue me a refund - I returned the shoes, in good faith, the very next day - only to be told it’s “my” problem not their’s!! Avoid Shoe Palace!

I like the different varieties of colors and styles of the sneakers 👟 I like here. I usually have a hard time finding stuff I like, but this store has great style and selection. They also have some fits to match some of the shoes. I'd recommend paying this place a visit, even if it's just to look.

Went in hoping to get my kid some sneakers and left wondering if this is even a real shoe store? It was very strange. There were five employees and a security guard working here and only 2 other customers but we could not get service. I was asked 4 different times if I needed help and I said YES, please, but then they would just leave and go back to the register to chat with other employees. Twice I told someone my son's foot needed to be measured and they looked at me like I had two heads. The second guy said, "Uh... lemme see if we have one of those... things?" Like... for measuring feet? He left and went back to chatting with his coworkers. We finally left. Two stars because everyone was very polite but just wouldn't help us. Have I completely misunderstood what a shoe store is for?

Loved the service amazing shoes and good clothes. Me and my mom, 2 brothers went their and got 5 pairs of shoes love this place I really recommend it for Nike shoes, Jordan shoes, converse shoes, and van shoes!!!
