Cute mall, nice outdoor areas, you have to pay for parking or valet, plenty of seating options, a lot of stairs are not working, the elevators are super old and a little dirty, but they have good variety of stores and restaurants. It was pouring and there is not cover paths between a lot of stores so I got soaked.
