Due to the Hurricane, the elevators were not working during our stay. Everything else was wonderful. The staff was awesome as always. We have been returning guests for years and already booked our trip for next time. I would recommend this resort to anyone. The car parking was very convenient. The rooms are very functional and clean. No Bugs. The location is Excellent. We walked the beach to John's Pass several times during our stay. We found lots of shells. Most of the stores and restaurants were open for business.

My wife and I have been coming to the Shoreline regularly since the early 1990s. It's family run, features a variety of accommodations, and is perfectly located on the Gulf. It is proximate to many eating places and shopping opportunities. The rooms are clean and all rooms feature two recliners and most if not all units have refrigerators, ranges, and microwaves. The pool and pool area are very nice, and the 21 and over age restriction assures a quiet stay. I could wish for more bathroom vanity space in the units we typically stay in, but besides that, I would have no other suggestions.

We couldn’t have been happier with our decision to stay at Shoreline Island Resort. From checkin to checkout everything was fabulous. Our room was clean and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay, the view was amazing, and the staff was always friendly and helpful. We can’t wait for our next visit.

We just returned from our yearly get-away stay at the Shoreline Island Resort. Even though they were hit hard by the devastating hurricanes in September/ October, they worked very hard to make this resort available to many visitors. They still are under some construction but we still enjoyed the nice clean rooms, friendly staff, and beautiful views of the beach. Looking forward to next year!

Stayed here for several years now. Enjoy the "no kids" atmosphere at the pool/beach. They are still recovering from last year's hurricanes so there were some inconveniences like no laundry or pool restrooms and a big one - still no elevators...we were on 2nd floor so it wasn't too bad. There are always the "regulars" who have their towels out a 6am to reserve their special table/chairs despite signs to the contrary and that gets pretty annoying.||Beach is in pretty decent shape already and sunsets are still gorgeous most nights. Some area restaurants/shops are not reopened yet both in Mad Beach and Treasure Island, but enough options choose from. Looking forward to next year being nearly all restored.

My Wife and I spent 2 lovely weeks in February at the Shoreline Resort and we were happy to see that they are open again after the devastation wrought by hurricane Helene |The pool area is in good shape and the beach is also in good shape. We very much enjoy sitting by the pool and also within a few footsteps being able to walk the beach.|The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly and accommodating, something we've grown to appreciate and expect from this resort.

Been coming here for years…love this place. Best part is that it’s adult only. They are still dealing with hurricane after effects but we are happy to support a wonderful place. We will be back Memorial Day weekend for more sun and fun.
