We had a good experience with the move in process. Corey was very helpful and kept us up to date, communication was excellent. It’s quiet and peaceful here, especially for such a large property.

Also wanted to add that the front office staff, Courtney, kept up with our maintenance request. The maintenance crew came quickly and fixed everything the same day. They are very knowledgeable.

We love the gym and are enjoying the pool. I would recommend moving to sierra foothills apartments.

Have been here over 10 years and love it. Perfect location near shopping, public transportation and the freeways. The apartments are large with HUGE amounts of storage, high ceilings, and some apartments have attached garages which is great security and convenience for seniors. The office and maintenance staff are wonderful and the buildings and grounds are meticulously maintained.

Update 3/6: the complex scheduled a Teams meeting with Araceli Garcia (area vice president) to discuss further and she never showed up. I waited 12 minutes into a 30 min meeting and I’ve included screenshots of the meeting time/invite and a timestamp screenshot of not being let into the teams meeting. I am still seeing live cockroaches and will add a video to the end. The complex’s comment response to this review is in NO WAY reflective of my experience with them.

During my move-in (2/16) inspection I found cockroaches and it has been a nightmare getting this issue resolved with management. I tried emailing (both the complex and PAC the property management company), calling and stopping by the office and it took three days for management to get back to me. After five days they sent their pest control who has no interest in looking or spraying in areas I had seen alive cockroaches. The exterminator reported to the office that there’s no current activity after spending five minutes in my place and without assessing sticky traps. The photo evidence I’ve provided to management shows otherwise. To someone who has asthma or allergies to cockroaches it’s very evident they are present. Sydney and her management team do not care for the health and safety of their tenants. I do not recommend moving into an apartment at Sierra Foothills.

My husband and I went in to look at their apartments on Saturday (08/10)and the lady who was working was super rude, she had an attitude, looked at us dirty as soon as we started talking. Which made me super upset. She didn't want to provide any information or explain it and didn’t even want to show us the apartments that were available. They did not make us feel or show that we were welcomed. I wouldn’t recommend the management to anyone terrified service

Sierra Foothills Apartments has become a downhill rental business, compared to its operations in 2022. The front office staff WERE POLITE, accommodating & they followed through with what they offered. The current front desk staff member COREY is rude, CONDECENDING & only demonstrates her unexperienced customer service. She is especially rude over the phone but when you physically come into the office to resolve the issue, she isn't that rude person over the phone. How provoking right? She doesn’t greet her tenants appropriately either, which shows her efforts to her role in the leasing office. Corey has only provided me with inadequate information (security services, billing fees & follow ups). She is not paid to behave this way towards TENANTS but she does. One time, I came into the office, she had her sunglasses on the whole time we talked. She can’t even have the decency to make eye contact & connect with her tenants? I’ve asked her about the fee charges & my payments, but she tried to brush me off & insinuated that I look into my own account myself. Instead, I asked for her to look into it, since we were physically there together (the whole point of me coming into the office), she had access to my account, & she had her laptop with her. She usually has no rational explanation to my questions or concerns, so I have asked her to have someone call me, but I don’t get a call back. Recently, I called to inform her about a noise disturbance & the lack of service that the security service provided (her recommendation) she showed NO EMPATHY. She argued that I am the only one who has brought up having issues with the security service (BESIDES THE POINT). Then she argued that my complaints of my neighbors are “ongoing." Ok so how is that my fault? Why is this still an “ongoing” issue, Corey? Why do my neighbor’s continue to THINK & FEEL that it is OK TO BE DISRUPTIVE? Even after she's claimed that the office has addressed this issue? Why did the PREVIOUS neighbors not make any noise disturbance? Corey tried to argue that telling me “I will have a manager call you on Monday” should be interpreted as “Like I said before, I am the only one who works on Saturdays.” Why is this unfriendly person (Corey) always working alone in the leasing office is another question? Anyway, point was I was awakened at 12 am, by my inconsiderate neighbors yelling (for 2-3 hours), & I had to be at work at 6 am, but when I called the security service (Corey's suggestion), they did NOTHING to assist. So, if you want to pay to be treated with little, to no respect & TO NOT BE HEARD, then this is the place to move to. The fees are ridiculous & I thought I found gold when I moved here at first, but it is coal. There is NO empathy for the tenants, & no consideration for our comfortability. There is only concern about collecting payments of increased fees, ONLY TO BE TREATED POORLY. I have more to say BUT I might need to write a book. The amount you will overpay here is unmatched by the quality & don't let their Instagram profile fool you. When a neighbor showed me the IG account, it's portrayal is unmatched

Anthony did me a solid today and fixed my AC right away after I woke up at 3:30am to find it down. By 5am, it was up and running. Great maintenance team here!

The staff here are exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The grounds are well-maintained, clean, and lush. I absolutely love our two-bedroom apartment, and the maintenance team is incredibly attentive and kind.

My only suggestion would be to open the pool/spa area earlier than 9 AM.?

Get ready to pay the highest price for amenities in history, they even charge you for the water that falls from the sky. Amounts of locker, facility, billing and others that you never see or enjoy monthly. The truth is that I made a mistake in making a contract here, because they don't tell you when you're going to rent, obviously. Not to mention the taxes that they charge you even for breathing hehe literally you pay even for what you don't consume or are not going to consume.
