Very frustrating store. There are two employees that are really great, a woman with long hair and young manager type man with a dark beard but if you don’t catch those two specific people then you will waste so much time and money at this store thanks to the fact that the overall majority of the employees just really don’t care whether they can help you or not. As a single mom I’ve struggled through broken bathroom pipes, repairing roof leaks and fixing up stove and furnace issues and each time I had to bring almost everything back thanks to completely incorrect information from employees who said any old thing to me without checking and so each time I finally end up just going to Lowe’s. Now I’ve finally learned my lesson and don’t bother with the Silverton Ace. Save your stress and just avoid it. You Drive a bit farther but at least you’ll only have to do it once.

I wanted 8 inch black zip ties (without the mounts) and a cheap pair of side cutters. I couldn't find either.

As always, employees were kind, helpful, and easy to find. They have just about anything you need, even got my son's fishing license here. Store is always clean, and I appreciate being able to stay local and shop in Silverton.

I don't think people need to be greeted into a hardware store. Looking around then ask for something and the kid has to ask a Co worker where the item is. Instead of greeting people maybe look their own store themselves and be more knowledgeable.
