Took suv to Beenes for wheel alignment and tires started wearing after 2 weeks. Took to another shop and they showed me that the control arm bushings were badly worn yet Beenes supposedly aligned my front end, took my money and then sent me down the road. This place is a joke and very unprofessional and deserves 0 stars

Good experience. Rate was fair, and he gave us a ride home, eased the rollback down, so we could unload our personals, and also delivered the car to the shop for us, and even contacted the shop and myself before dropping it to let me know my car was safe. Definitely if I was broke down, I would definitely give them a call if I'm around the Melbourne to Batesville area. But I'm sure if you call he'd accommodate you .

Called to get pricing for alternator change, with me providing my alternator. They guy literally said he is not interested and doesn't want to do it because it's too much time. He also stated that he doesn't have that kind of time to invest on something like that. What kind of repair shop is this Horrible!
