9/24/24: I have lower back pain and have been searching for a firm mattress. I found the perfect full size firm mattress at Sleep Outfitters Outlet today. Dwayne Charles, the store manager, was very patience and helpful answering all my questions and letting me try the different brands and models for the firm mattresses. I finalize my decision and decided on the Stearns and Foster full size firm mattress with a pillow top, along with the bundle package which includes a metal frame, mattress cover, and three pillows. The pillows are so comfortable and comes in different models to suit for back sleepers, side sleepers, and belly sleepers. Overall, I am very glad and happy to make this mattress purchase.

UPDATED 12/15/2024:
I went today to the store with my family and had a very bad experience. Not Dwayne, but an older guy was there and was very rude. I wanted to return the $72 mattress cover that I purchased 2 weeks ago and only tried once, but since it gets very warm during the night and nothing comfortable, we didn't like it and want to return it. I tried explaining this to this person but from the beginning he was nothing polite and quickly said rudely that we can't return it since the package was open and was used. I didn't know this was their policy, if that was the case I would never bought it in the first place. How in the world would one know if it's comfortable without trying it out? They have a policy that you can try out the mattress for 125 nights and return it if not happy but you can't return a simple bed cover? But the worst part is really the attitude of this employee and the way he treated me in front of my family. I definitely exchanged some words with this employee. But I spent in this store $2,749.89 two weeks ago and I know I deserve better treatment. It seems to me that you will get an awesome treatment and service when they know you will spend $$$ but after that they don't care.
