This repair shop is absolutely awesome! I accidentally submerged my Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra in a salt water hot tub and it shorted out and turned off. I brought it in the next day to this gentleman and he said he could do a screen replacement for me. I left it with him over night and as he did some surgery on it he found it wasn't the screen but a bunch of other parts that messed up. He special ordered some parts to be over-nighted for me and ended up replacing the charging circuit board, the wireless charging circuit, the camera, and the main video and battery ribbon cables. He was very informative and prompt in getting it taken care of for me and I appreciated it so much as I was leaving town the next day. I absolutely recommend this shop and I genuinely hope he has the best luck and blessings in his future. Thank you Smart Fix!

I’ve came here since my friend messed up his phone screen & recommended here because of his experience & I must say that I’ve never been disappointed since my 3 visits for service. Phone screens always got fixed same day & even when I submerged my cracked phone in water Mr. RT was somehow able to fix it & save everything on my phone. He also helped me fix my iPhone that was acting up in less than 5 minutes without taking it apart, simply by giving some options. He keeps it very clean & organized throughout & puts customers & there time first! He is a very kind & respectful man. Prices are great for the quality work. He knows what he’s doing. There’s also a high volume of inventory of accessories for electronics. I highly recommend this for any electronic options!

We stopped in this evening to have a new battery put in our iPhone. We were very pleased with the excellent service and fair price. It took about 15 minutes from start to finish which was absolutely amazing. I highly recommend this business for all your phone and computer needs!!!!

Very very nice guy. He opened an hour early for me. Unfortunately my screen was expensive so it costed me $400 in all. BUT, he had it done within 30 minutes. It didn't stick completely so one side is open a tiny thred and theres a tad bit of glue on the back of my phone. BUT, he really did his best and he's super sweet. He warned me that the back of my phone was also glass and he broke the last one he worked on, he didn't break mine!! He had everything he needed to fix my phone on urgent notice. Thinking about going back to him for a phone case as he has a lot of cute selections.

My iPad had a charger cable break off in the charging port and a piece was stuck in there. He had it fixed in less than a half hour and didn’t charge much at all. Great customer service and will def go back for any future needs. Highly recommend!

I took my Galaxy 21 in to have camera lens replaced. The person charged me $65 to replace the lens. The replacement had glue around the edges and the new lens was scratched. Camera would not focus correctly. Did not check lens until camera would not focus. Very poor service. Looked replacement up on Google which advised all three lenses should be replaced to prevent focus issues. Took the phone to Fix Tech. They replaced the back whic hincluded the 3 lenses. Camera works great now. Definitely will go there if I need service.
