My spouse and I experienced ignorantly racist service. I am a 56 year old Hispanic male married to a American woman. Having lived all my life in the U.S., we didn't expect this behavior from a tourist town burger shop. The workers were all kids ages 18 to 25.
When we entered, they all came out of the kitchen and stared and we thought it was odd. My wife was asked what they could help her with, but when it was my turn, the young lady looked the other way so I just went ahead and ordered. My wife pointed out how they kept staring through the small kitchen window and we wondered what was going on. We got our order and we're shorted a french fry and our drinks although it was on the receipt and we had ordered two burgers. They double checked the bag they gave us as if we were lying then took a while to make our drinks and bring out the fries. As we were leaving, the young lady at the front counter went towards the back and they were all laughing. We felt uncomfortable and decided to throw the food away and ate elsewhere in fear of what they may have done to our food.
It's really sad to see this ignorance in such young kids. I don't know what Sisters Oregon or these kids parents are teaching them.
Little did they know I am a American/ Hispanic, lived here all my life, spoke English as good as they do, a republican and strong supporter of our current president.
The need to be taught that just because we do have this problem with illegal immigration does not mean to discriminate against a entire race.
Truly sad to see this behavior. If you're Hispanic, I recommend not entering this burger shop.

This is a small place with some seating inside and also outside seating.
The food was absolutely delicious. We had burgers, onion rings, and milk shakes.
They are super dog friendly with a window you can order at when you have your dog to a bowl of water sitting out for them. Also, one of the employees was starting a break and asked us if our dog could have ice cream when we said yes. He went and got him an ice-cream cone. We were eating, so he kneeled down and fed the cone to our dog. Highly recommend this place we will definitely be stopping again when traveling through.

Great Mike shake! Home made ice creams. The shake was thick and delicious. It's hard to beat. I drove along way before finishing the large shake I had purchased. I will definitely go there again and again when visiting our friends in Redmond.

They had food items but we didn't have time do eat any. Maybe next time or maybe just a milkshakes will be enough for us! Come by and enjoy your own made to order shake.

horrible customer service skills. the girl that worked the cash register is a liar. Overpriced, difficult parking.
Was excited to eat at this restaurant due to other customers talking about how good this place is. Spent more than $42 for a plain burger and fries, fish and chips sub tots. nothing more. Ordered the food from the girl at the cashier, she was nice and all smiles. A different employee, a lady brought out the food. She was nice as well. The burger was OK, nothing special, fish was too small a portion and too breaded and fried for the outrageous price they were charging. worst thing is the tots. Tried to eat the tots, but it tasted like whoever cooked it spilled a ton of salt on it. It was extremely salty. so salty couldn't eat any of it. and so salty I had to go let the girl at the cashier know about it. So I walked up there, in the nicest tone, I told her the food is good, but the tots are just too salty. she immediately put on a mad face, argued that it is a 'manufacturer's issue.' exact words she said. then she turned her face away dismissing me, signaling too bad.

The biggest problem about this place is lying to a customer. If you look closely at the tots, the salt was obviously sprinkled on after it was cooked. the salt did not come with the tots from the manufacturer. So disappointed at the cashier girl and this restaurant. Was excited to support a local business but no more after being lied to and no offer of replacing the salty food with other food. The food was so overpriced and just average. Sad had to throw the tots away. Disappointing customer service reaction from the cashier girl.

They took 45 minutes to get me my food. Served 4 other people that came after me. Still didn't get my food. All I ordered was a BLT and it took 45 minutes. When I finally got my food it was cold. I'll never eat here ever again. I've had bad experiences in the past but always gave it another shot. Never again

Very cute old school burger and shake shack. Extremely friendly staff, food was quick & delicious. The handmade rootbeer shake was amazing.

A very good place to eat at in Sisters, Or.
They fix the food when you order it, not before..
The food is delicious.
It is location is on the West side of town.

Cute little place to stop and eat while we explored Sisters in October. We really wanted burgers and they did not disappoint! Milk shakes were great too. The employees that we dealt with were patient and super nice! We had our family of 7 and our bill was around $90, but the service was awesome and food was worth it! We will definitely be back again next time!
