I shopped at multiple shops, and these guys are top-notch. Bought a new CFmoto ibex 800. Couldn't be happier. The parts department crew are very bike knowledgeable, friendly, and ready to help. I will definitely return for any moto needs.

I'm 100% disabled and was trying to get my Rhino 660 on the road again. I rinsed it down before I brought it over there. It has been sitting for 2 years. A battery spark plug maybe a fuel filter. It's all I wanted. But they told me it was too dirty to work on. It had mice droppings on it. Oh my gosh. I live out in the country and of course there's going to be a few mice droppings on it. They told me they couldn't touch it. At all. So I had to go back there and pick it up and bring it back home just sit. I thought that that is what they do there. Getting things back and working order. I saw other vehicles there that were dirty oh my goodness they had mud on them it was just filthy but they worked on that one. Thanks Buddies

After getting ignored and lied to at another motosport dealer I was felt really jerked around. I contacted the guys at South Pacific and paid them a visit. I was surprise and delighted to actually get customer assistances and appreciated the respect I got from Jimi at South Pacific. He helped me aquire my new Suzuki Katana. I love this bike and would highly recommend anyone whose interested to check them out.

Be aware that if you have service done here on your motorcycle, they will charge you for the time that they ESTIMATE the service to take rather than the time that it actually takes them to do the job.

For example, if they tell you that they think the job will take 4 hours but it only takes them 2, they'll still charge you for 4 hours of labor (at $140 / hour as of April 2024) rather than the 2 that it actually took them to service your bike. Book time vs direct time (or something like that). They point out that it also works the other way around, but who do you think wins more often under their rules?

They don't have this displayed anywhere when you check your bike in, and they only told me about it when it was time to pay. Buyer beware.

I brought my motorcycle wheels in for new bearings and new tires. Service was quick but that appears to be because absolutely no care was put into the work. The rear tire was mounted backwards, a serious safety hazard in the rain. They also scuffed the rim significantly. They flipped the tire when I brought it back in but in doing so they damaged the rim further. If you value your bike or don’t know how to check their work then take your business elsewhere.

Professional, courteous, and fast. This place helped a Veteran out! Had a rear tire blow out on a fully dressed Roadmaster. My wife and I were very appreciative that they had us back on the road within 24 hrs. Again, Thank You so much!

I put a deposit down November 1st it took three months to get the enclosure on my golf cart. When the cart was finally delivered it was making noise. It took a week for them to decide what to do. The cart had a bent axle. I finally got my repaired cart on March 1st. No compensation of any kind for four months of delays.

Went in today for an easy tire swap on my dirt bike rim but turns out they will NOT swap your tire unless you buy it directly from them. So anyone out there who likes to save a couple bucks shopping online don’t expect reliable assistance with your motor sports needs. Very disappointing when you may miss your riding trip over a brand new tire. I will not spend another penny at this store or any of this branches. Plenty of great shops out there but this just isn’t one. Recommend going literally anywhere else for some quality assistance.
