What made it even more memorable and allowed us to confidently move forward with our dream of a home was the exceptional new home specialist Ms. Adriana. She ushered us from the 1st moment we met and followed up with us at every step. This personalized and compassionate experience is what has set this company apart from all the others. If you are on the fence about building a new home I recommend Southern homes and please ask for Adriana, she is extremely knowledgeable, honest, trustworthy and compassionate. Having a new home built by Southern Homes was a very easy and enjoyable experience. Our sales person Issac walked us through the process and went out of his way to help us understand options, pricing and the entire timeline from deciding to build to entering our new home for the first time. Our Job Site Superintendent Coty did a fantastic job of managing the build of our new home and was always there for questions, tours and updates. He made sure everything was just perfect. As with anything new sometimes items need a bit of adjustment. That's where our warranty representative Daniel steps in. He responded to our inquiry and had the problem addressed almost faster than we could explain the issue. Southern Homes, were very happy! Thanks for our new home.

Overall we had a good experience with Southern Homes. Building a home can be stressful in general, but the process with Southern Homes was organized.

When it came to the home being built, our builder Nick texted us every Friday to give us updates on the progress on our home. He even met with us a few times so we can view our home in person. We always felt in the loop with what was coming next.

We were also allowed to hire our own inspector which was great. Southern homes made it easy for the company to schedule a time with them and all things came back great.

We also got a chance to meet with the warranty team. They are very quick to communicate and have met with us to go over what is covered on the home for years to come.

Everyone we have interacted with has been very nice and made our first home buying experience a good one. Our home was completed in a reasonable time frame, and we have enjoyed our new home this past month.
