My wife and I came out to Southern Interiors last Saturday and Brian helped us in our tile shopping process. Honestly I wanted to write a review before we even ordered the tile (we were still shopping around) because Brian was so amazing and patient with us! #1 I’m happy there was a great flooring place open on SATURDAY and #2 they had an amazing overwhelming amount of tile! We will be back for our carpet project! I highly recommend them!

Southern Floors installed blinds throughout my home. Donna and her installers were professional and friendly. It only took an hour for installation for 14 windows. They are beautiful and make the rooms look bigger and cleaner than the curtains I had on the windows. I highly recommend them to anyone. I love the results.

The floors look fabulous. The crew that came out worked hard to get the job done. The guys were very helpful moving the large pieces of furniture. And they were very considerate of the pets. Southern Interiors was great helping us get the floor that we wanted.

We worked with Alyssa on our dolomite marble leathered Fantasy Brown countertops for our kitchen. Alyssa is excellent; she goes above and beyond to take care of her customers and her customer service skills are beyond reproach. I would highly recommend her expertise on any home project you may may have at Southern Interiors. I also appreciate her opinion when it came down to discussing design ideas-a good sound board. Update: My floors are falling apart!!!!! It has only been 3 years and they shouldn't be crumbling like this. They already knew it was installed incorrectly and they are not standing by their work. I did not know there was a labor warranty of only a year and they won't warranty if you use a rolling chair. There are charges on our invoice that we were charged for but was not installed with our flooring. They have now come out and done a moisture test (which was fine) and the owners were supposed to call us but that was 7 days ago and we have not received a call. They don't care once the install is done and they won't make any more money off of you. I would avoid this company.

Kyle was so very helpful. I can't wait to have them out to quote us new beautiful floors.

A great place. We worked with Marcus to get flooring in our kitchen, laundry room, office, and bathroom, as well as backsplash for kitchen countertops (which they installed last year). Why is it a great place? (1) Service. We had a couple unforeseeable issues with installation and they jumped on it. Their craftsmanship was exceptional. (2) Communication. Through the entire process Marcus was just a call away. And he listened. For instance, during the selection process for the tiles, he paid attention to my wife’s vision for those spaces. And then out of the 100s or 1000s of tile options he took her right to the tile she wanted. That was a miracle. (3) Affordability. We shopped 5 other local options. Their price was perfect for us. The value allowed us to get a higher quality tile than we could have at the other places.

We are getting ready to redo our other bathroom completely. We will definitely be working with them again.
