I was passing through Poteau recently & bought a shirt & pair of jeans for a little over $100, but the shirt didn’t fit so I went to return it today at Southern Style Mercantile. When I get there I’m told they don’t do returns or exchanges even with tags & a receipt (which I was not told originally). The sales lady said the front door used to state no returns or exchanges, but no longer does. This is not to bash the store, but to simply inform others shopping here. Y’all have a great day(:

Might want to advertise that they won’t exchange merchandise even one day after purchase with receipt! Was told that was stated on the receipt. Little late for shopper to be told that. Love to shop but won’t shop there ever again. And will also tell my friends about my experience. Didn’t want money back just a size that would fit. Absolutely nowhere did it state no exchanges or return except on your receipt after you spend your money!!! Could understand if it was a resale shop but this wasn’t.
