When I ordered the item I realized it was the wrong size and emailed a couple times to see if the size couple be changed.
It was a Christmas present, never got a reply back.
Took a long time to deliver for 10$ shipping charge.
One I got the item, it was even smaller than expected, not an XL that it said.
I again messaged about a refund, few days letter got a message from someone’s personal email looked unprofessional, anyway got an address that said you can return here.
Well, I’m already out 10$ for the original shipping to send back would be another 10$ plus I think getting close to the 30 day return policy they have.
Sooo, stuck with this item I can’t use

I used to love this place. The past two years, quality has gone down. $35 for this shirt and it isn’t straight. Looks like I have a size B & size D breast. Can’t even wear it.

I don't mind paying the price. I love the quality and the inclusion of 3XL... but it seems they never have any 3x in stock anymore, or they're just not making their shirts in 3x. I wish there was some consistency so I don't get my hopes up, or check the site often. I order from GA, and I really feel like I'm going to have to find a new "trend"... you have loyal customers, states away. I've asked about availability and I never get an answer, or it's a condescending response. Very disappointing.

My daughter received a shirt from here as a gift and needed to exchange it for a different size. I had never even heard of it. But I LOVE it!! They have the cutest clothes. They are a little bit pricey but the products are worth it. I will say is buy true to size. Even the girls working there were super friendly. Great store, I will be back.
