This thrift store is getting absolutely ridiculous. I’ve been shopping here for many years and it used to be my favorite but they’re getting greedy with their prices which is disappointing for a Christian thrift store. I might as well shop at goodwill. They’re charging $12 for the tiniest bag which should be $3 most. One of the main cashiers is also very rude. She’s been kind to me but I’ve caught her being so rude or passive aggressive to multiple customers in which she also accuses them of switching tags or hangers by making passive aggressive comments which has happened multiple times. It also stinks so badly in there which I’m sure is out of their control but I hope they can do something about it.

Amazing team!

This Thrift Store has changed my life being in my addiction for the past 30 years I came to volunteer as I had community hours to complete. I felt welcomed as a volunteer but most importantly I learned that God loves me. The staff treated me with love and respect and helped me learn to be responsable to be accountable. They became family. I loved the fact that I was able to help this ministry but also help our community by providing free clothing to those in need.

I had a pretty great experience with the assistant manager, Mario. He was very pleasant and attentive. When I first spoke to Mario on the phone and I told him I spoke to pastor Brad he told me to come on in. My experience was very welcoming. I would recommend Southwest thrift store to anybody who is looking for a great deal . If you need any help I'm sure Mario would not mind helping you. Mario is a great assistant manager. He's very helpful. I want to tell you thank you Mario for all your hard work and dedication. Thank you for making a difference in people's lives. I rated you a four not because of you but because of the lady who was not so pleasant at the checkout desk. She wasn't as warm as you and that made a huge difference. I still rated you a four because you are the assistant manager and overall you overlooked whatever had to be taken care of and he did an amazing job.
