Stopped in this store a few times before, but not again after today. I stopped in with my six-year-old son who badly needed to use the restroom. A Spinx employee was cleaning the restroom, but when I asked politely if my son could use the restroom as it was an emergency, we were very rudely told no. The employee also included some racist comments under the their breath as I walked away.

Use caution due to area. I was here at 6:30am on Monday, October 14 2024 with my son preparing to head to the hospital for an appointment. We stopped here for a drink and before I could even finish getting out of my car, two people walked up on me asking for food and money. They were friendly but nobody wants to be stopped like that let alone TWICE. As I was walking back out of the store, another customer was being stopped and asked for change. This will drive business away from your store if it isn't stopped!

Lemme just say!!!!! Every time me and MY man come in this store I get fast service!!!…. Good attitude!!!!!! And good spirits about them which every store needs!!! Those names include Shamiya Asia Brittany, they deserve a raise! Fr on how they treat people! Especially when they need the positive word they got your back! I will make sure they getting paid right! Because they need more! They make someone feel comfortable!! At a Spinx….. at 1 aclock in the morning!!! I have never! GIVE THEM A RAISE PERIOD!!!

Gas station is a mess, the food service is slower than a snail. It took 20+ min to get a simple sandwich with 3 persons "working". I was 2nd in line, I chose to throw away the food how cold and nasty it was by the time I got it. Seriously if your going to advertise food have the decency to work efficiently enough to get food out. Bathrooms are not even clean enough for the hogs I was hauling to my farm...

The employe gave me 3 packs of the wrong cigarettes and they would not swap it put and make it right. IL take responsibility for not checking behind her and looking In the bag but they were not willing to make it right when I'm a regular customer. I won't be back again

Just lazy I go to check out there's a young lady wouldn't check me out just points her finger to self check out.well mabee I don't wanna use self check out sice I need cigarettes. Then seems annoyed I asked then as I watch Mrs attitude find my cigarettes the other person checks out at the counter. Don't forget customer service or I'll forget spinx and take my business to qt this is ridiculous I don't appreciate it for one second. Definitely won't return to this location ever.and most likely will be removing my local fleet from coming back.
