I will never take my vehicles to this tire shop again! They cross-threaded my lug nut on my front passenger side and now my $200 wheel is ruined because we are trying to take it off of my jeep just to rotate the tires I took to have put on in April! Y’all need to teach your employees how to place lug nuts on correctly and not use the impact to tighten it onto the studs before assuming it’s screwed on correctly! This is what 2 hours of work looks like trying to get this tire off! Thank you so very much!

Went to Springhill tire today for an issue with my older car. Everyone is extremely friendly and the owner, Willie, was very helpful. He took the time to explain what the issue was and reviewed options. They make you feel like they are trying their best to take care of you. They have a play area for little kids to make sure everyone is comfortable. I don’t think I will take my car anywhere else from this point forward.

Always nice folks at Springhill Tire. From the people in the office to the people in the shop. Several weeks ago, went in to see what they could get me in what might be an odd tire. They got me a name brand tire cheaper than I could have gotten from national tire store.

I’m converted to Springhill. Not only do they treat you with respect, but are thorough with explaining repairs needed and reasonable with price. I got my brakes and rotors repaired at Jiffy Lube last year and they put the cheapest possible product on my car. Willie test drove my car, walked me through the new brakes and rotors required, and explained that while a replacement was required how these products he uses are better. They have a better warranty, enhanced pads, and the cost was half of what I paid last year to the big name brand.

I have my repair scheduled for next Friday 8/2 and am excited to update my review. I’m thrilled to leave an auto store feeling comfortable and confident in the service I needed even if it was unexpected and somewhat costly. Willie is amazing. Highly recommend
