This fabric shop has been on my list for a long time, so when I finally went this weekend, I was so excited! And it was so worth the trip! As a seamstress, whether you are making dresses, costumes, menswear, or casual clothes, this place has some of the most interesting and good quality fabric! The owners are so kind and pleasant. Everything was at a good price too. I left with a couple yards of lace, some nice brocade, and the chiffon i needed for a project in just the right color! Highly recommend if you are looking for fabric to inspire your next project!

My friend came to visit from out of town, so I had to show her this place. The variety is amazing. There is so much inspiration for gowns. The owner is friendly. The perfect balance of attentive, without hovering. This place makes me want to design more.

This place has a lot ofd nice fabrics and a pretty nice selection. However, the man working today kept staring at me and at a point, started following me. I don't understand what threat I posed. My wallet was clearly visible. I told him what I was looking for and hovered around the areas that had the things I wanted to purchase. I truly feel like this had to do with my skin color. What did he think I was gonna do, steal a ten pound round of fabric and make a smooth run to my car with it? I'm disappointed in this place. (I understand the need to protect your store from would be thieves but I think I made it evident that I went there for a purpose and that I intended to purchase something. Next time you want to snoop, at least have the decency to use security cameras.)

Enormous selection of fabrics, trims, large spools of thread. Conveniently on University Drive, there's plenty of free parking. The best thing, though is the courteous, knowledgeable gentleman running the place. Excellent, but not intrusive, masked service!
