We had just bought a new Outlander and we decided to take a trip to Florida from Canada and my Fob for the car wasn’t working so I immediately stopped in to the Mitsubishi Dealership on Park Blvd in Florida. I wasn’t even out of the car when the Service Manager (Michael Camerino) came out to meet me and introduced himself and shook my hand and ask what can I do for you today? I was in a panic and told him my Fob wasn’t working at all so he told me and my wife to relax and go inside and have a coffee so we did. 10 minutes later Michael came out and said you’re good to go. He said he took it apart and fixed it no charge. Michael and all the employees were so nice to us and the Mitsubishi Dealership in Canada are the same.
