I had a very good salesman. He worked with me to be sure I had a good experience and received what I wanted and needed. He ordered my furniture and I received it before the promised date. I love my furniture.
However I would give my delivery service maybe 2 stars and that is because they found my house and got the furniture in the door. That is a whole different story and I don’t have room to type it out.

Steve Sharp is the one that helped my mom and I pick out her bedroom furniture along with living room furniture. He was so helpful and very friendly. He let us know what had the best deals and was there for any questions we had regarding our furniture we picked out. I would HIGHLY recommend Standard Furniture and if you do go please ask for Steve Sharp. I promise you will NOT be disappointed.

Getting a repair order placed is a horrible experience.
Either the rep can't speak or understand English, or the guy is deaf and cannot hear so he disconnects the call.
Do NOT waste money for buying extended warranty on a lift chair.
It will continously Break and repair is frustrating 😤
Update.... Steve at standard refuses to be liason between customer and repair company, although warranty is paid to Standard at time of original purchase
Steve refused to help and be liason between Me,the customer and the repair company who is the worst company to contact. Warranty was paid to standard and they 3 not willing to help with the repair although same thing has happened several times in the past. Verified extended warranty is still good yet obviously they don't want to honor it by repairing an expensive lift chair
