Terrible, Unprofessional service. The website shows the driver was here and did not know WHERE to leave the package. Everyone, Target, Walmarts, Amazon all KNOW they are to leave it INSIDE MY SCREEN DOOR, WHICH IS OPEN for such purposes. I was home at the time they claim he was here and he NEVER EVEN TRIED TO KNOCK ON MY DOOR. Lasership and OnTrac need to be RETRAINED and driver should "pay attention" to instructions supplied by the customer. It is just basic! Will not use again if you continue to use Lasership. No one ever answers the phone either in customer service for Staples or Lasership or ON Trac. Incredible!

Raymond F Moran, a senior employee within the Staples Tech Dept, is quite possibly the most unethical, without intellect, uneducated, lacking all rights of professionalism individual I've ever had the misfortune of having to endure.

Staples Corp should be mortified to have staffed someone of such horrific character and less than mediocre skills, as well as that of an outright atrociously rude persona!

This person not only has a criminal history in which he has deceived Human Resources into believing does not exist within Broward Co Florida's database, but is incessantly late for his job, ludicrously unqualified AT the position he is currently overpaid for doing within the company.

Furthermore, he is a man of 67 years of age that has the moral values of a slum lord! He cheated on his wife of 3 children for years with what was her best friend/their family friend while she endured painful aftermath of brain injury from a terrible car accident, he forged documents (signing her name unbeknownst to her) in a property share partnership in order to evade taxes, and he has been most recently the culprit in the ruination of the innocent lives of a single mother of 4, one child of which has autism.

Staples should question their ability to staff at this point.....sincerely....
