They do not know how to make any of the coffees right, super slow even when there is only just a few people there. It’s just the absolute worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to and will not waste my money at this one anymore.

They don't make drinks right here! Avoid!!! Drive thru lady took forever to take my order and we were the only car in the drive thru then to top it off my drink was not correctly made and tasted like a pure cup of sugar! We won't be back to this location.

We specifically got off the interstate to get coffee from SB. This place has a terrible set up, drive thru and dine in is just not great for the amount of people rolling through here. 3 coffees and 3 snacks. Nothing wild… took 45 minutes and they didn’t have order ahead available- so don’t go there. Staff were friendly and doing their best. It’s obvious they need more support and training to work in this faster paced store.

This is too beautiful a location to staff into such mean negative employees. The lady taking our order looked so mad we were there. Yall have work to do. If your app was working, we wouldn’t have to interact with these jerks. Also out of so many items!

I can't believe this place closes at 7pm on the weekend..They need to fire every employee including the manager and start over cause this place is slow as hell,if I'm in your drive thru for 30 or more minutes my order should be free..
