I got a sausage eggs and cheese biscuit on my way to work. Normally they are awesome but I got the last one and it was dried out and almost burnt. The egg was so overcooked you couldn't chew the edges. I stopped on my way to work today and explained it to the manager. Has had problems for the past two months with the gas pumps out of order and using my Shell Gas Card. Recently had to go inside again. Today (9/27/23) pumped gas but they had problem with all Shell Cards and I had to wait approximately 45 minutes for them to get their system fixed so I could pay for my already pumped gas.

Do not come here the lady behind the counter is rude and won't let you put in your fuel reward points, which we all need the help we can get even if it's a few cents. This is the second time that this lady has done this, like was in the middle of putting my number in and she saw and she still cashed out the order.

I really don't appreciate the lady at the register telling me that the smallest to go box they have is a large for a breakfast casserole. The supposed large is smaller than the medium box. That's pathetic
