This place sold me a vape product that had been previously used and repackaged. They sell many expired products, I saw afterwards this happened to lots of others too - even with food! It died the same night I got it and the store would not refund, exchange, and got very upset with me when I tried to ask if there was a charging issue or not. They didn’t try for a moment to understand the issue, just got extremely defensive which pretty much told me all I needed to know. Don’t buy any of those types of products here.

Every summer they let their AC stay off and all their chocolate melts and they try and sell their ruined chocolate at full price, no one buys it and then they just have ruined chocolate sitting on their shelves all winter long.

Robin was so great in explaining to me why Stop and Shop is a fair business, their beer is cheaper than Safeway and Robin is an awesome person to talk to he clearly really cares about Ashland and his customers. Thank you for being here and thank you for providing exemplery customer service! I will be coming here instead of Safeway to get beer after work.

This store just isn’t the same friendly corner store it used to be! Id always look forward to shopping & visiting w the friendly staff and catching up w whomever was behind the counter! Sunny is the Best! New ownership has changed the whole dynamics and is constantly speaking in their native language when no one can understand them. Several times they have been out of the “regular” items I would always stop for. It’s sad this FRIENDLY Old Fashioned Lil Market has lost its small town friendly feel!! Not to mention all The Meth Paraphernalia that is now sold in our little Ashland corner store! KEEP ASHLAND..... ASHLAND!!!!
