Ordered an RSI Smartcap EVO Sport to Street Scene for my new Tacoma, and I couldn’t be more pleased. Hard to not give these guys a five star rating. The entire experience was great. Quick phone response, easy to get an appointment and a detailed estimate were just the tip of the iceberg.
The follow-up was even better. They sent a text link that showed several inspection photos. I got a phone call advising me that due to the condition of the trailer some of the items on my estimate were not necessary. They lowered the bill by a few hundred dollars.

They are super friendly, make you feel like you are the most important customer, let you know exactly what an upgrade or repair will cost, get you in and out on time, have helped out in two emergency repair needs, +++. Street Scene did a great job replacing the heater and evaporator core, plus the hydro-boost on my 2005 Dodge Ram 2500 Diesel. They keep me informed and made appropriate suggestions for getting the repairs done right and for long term reliability. I took my 20' boat trailer in for inspection and they gave a very thorough inspection report. Basically the trailer needed a whole new suspension and brake replacement. They were done in the timeline they provided and actually received an upgrade with the dual axle now having brakes on all 4 wheels for less than they quoted in the inspection. Boat is back on the trailer and the ride is very smooth. They also helped out making sure all of the trailer lights were working correctly. All lights now are working. I had an extremely positive experience with Street Scene Auto to the point I will be taking my truck in if any repairs are needed. Great professional experience. Highly recommended.
