I was in the market for a 2018-2019 Audi S5 and Subaru of Wesley Chapel had a perfect candidate for me to check out. I test drove it earlier in the month with a sales associate named Scott. He was great to work with, never tried for a hard sell, and knew I was still shopping around for a cat

3 weeks later I decided to go back and see if the car was still available. While Scott wasn’t available, another associate Dario was able to assist. Much like Scott, Dario never went in for a hard sell, and was great to work with.

Their finance team took care of my needs, listened to my very specific requirements on a down and monthly payment, working the lenders to get me where I needed to be.

This was one of the best, and easiest car purchases out of the 30+ vehicles I’ve owned in the last 28 years.

Brought my new Crosstrek in for the first oil change and tire rotation. The service was great, done very close to the time promised and with a complimentary wash. Honestly I don’t mind waiting since their customer service area is very relaxing , comfortable and inviting with TV, great coffee machine and other free refreshments.!

I worked with Hector during a very stressful time, driving from FL to CT and my check engine light came on, and he was INCREDIBLE. Very understanding, very helpful, and if I lived in the area this would be by mechanic of choice. I cannot recommend this place enough.

To add, I was extra stressed because I had my dog with me but the staff were amazing. My dog and I were able to relax inside while my car got checked and worked on. Also their snacks were great. 10/10 service and thank you Hector!!
