Always a great place to find random non-standard fasteners that you won't find at the bigger home improvement stores. I recently needed fasteners to attach a long and heavy retractable awning to my house. The help was amazing, and I was given an option that I would have never considered. They worked perfectly. Thanks for all the help. The awning is up and hasn't fallen on my head (so far). Lol.

Been a loyal customer for almost 400 years. just kiddin' but 40..
What can I say, anything you need can be found here, even a smile when you are having a rough day, This place must be owned by good people, period. Always so kind and helpful and really understand the importance of being a community business. and the repeat business value. I am so impressed with this little gem. OK its a hardware store i realize but its worth the trip any day any time 100% recommend any day. A+++++++++++++++++

HIGHLY!
This store branch has my loyalty from now on (and it's not at all close to where I live, but still!)

We had the best customer service experience: starting with a friendly greeting at the door by the cashiers, followed by someone (a manager?) who saw us and asked if we needed help, then directed us to the right aisle and also connected us with a very helpful and knowledgeable employee.

This employee then solved my problem in less than 5 minutes with a $0.29 piece of hardware.
(Note: The hardware is in bins. You can easily test it instead of hardware stores that have everything packaged so you can't test it easily).

On our way out, the cashie was still very friendly and engaging. And now I have a solution that three other places could not help me solve.
(This is after a pretty terrible customer service experience at that Big Orange hardware store 😉

Can't wait to have another problem fixed by coming to the right place!

Inventory is never correct. Quantity in the computer never reflect on hand stock, Brands are not reflected correctly either. Almost every time it's a wasted trip or stop. The store isn't large you should be able have your inventory correct and up to-date.

Yesterday Monday December 30. I call the store spoke with Todd, as I need a halogen replacement bulb. Todd advised they had 150 w, 300w and 500w. Great++. Met Todd at store 20mins later he was most helpful, as a customer I could ask for nothing more. Todd is an All-Star 10+ rating...

This review was for my experience trying to buy Benjamin Moore paint.
I bought a sample of Essex Green the day before, which I loved.
When I went to get this same color in a Gallon, it was incredibly off. When I got home to check it, it was more of a bright blue/teal VS the dark green that Essex green is.
They argued that's how the color is even when the gallon version was not the same as the swatch. I asked for them to just color match the sample, but their software didn't work. I took the sample to Home Depot and they matched it without the fuss.

Staff was friendly and helpful in finding plumbing items I needed. Wasn't overly knowledgeable about my specific plumbing question. Small parking lot is a bit cramped. Store was clean.
