Your policy about expired ID that comes with the DMV seal replacement paper is extremely inconsiderate and bad customer service. You are not the DMV, your job is to check if someone’s of age and move on. A paper ID with an expired ID is considered a valid form of identification by California. Also, your team members seem to be racist and have bad customer service. I noticed a white guy before was able to make his purchase without even showing identification.

Had an interview with Ashley Keller, todd and 2 other lady’s. To my understanding the interview went well I was called with an hour with a job offer. Going into this interview I made it very clear I was looking for a pm shift with open availability on weekends. The scheduler Ashley even asked what I would consider a pm shift and wrote it down, so being offered the job I assumed they could accommodate this. I went to training got paid I got my shirt name tag and was just waiting to be put on a schedule. After 5 days of no communication I get a call from Marydith asking for me to turn in my shirt and name tag because they don’t have pm shifts for me I was so confused, so I longer was going to be offered a position I was so hurt and didn’t understand. I turned down two job opportunities to accept this offer not one person could explain why this happened and I’m still waiting on a call from frank the owner. This is super unprofessional I’m a mom and had every intention on giving my all to this job for the sake of my family’s financial state and now I’m just screwed looking and applying every where again! You guys can do better with this situation ! And Ashley Keller is so unprofessional with her communication skills please do better sullys when potentially hiring people this is just so unfair and all because you have managers interviewing that don’t even know how to take in correct communication.

They have very nice locations all over town. Owners keep places well staffed and clean. They also bring good value and assortment of in store purchases for reasonable prices.

I come here every night for a Dr. Pepper and the staff is super friendly and the drinks are super cheap! Get the app for the drink coupon and rack up points you can redeem for $$$ towards your next purchase! It’s honestly become a staple in my routine, every time I have friends in town I take them to see Sully’s. It’s something of a Bakersfield landmark in my opinion. Chevron gas is pricey, but the Sullys attached makes it worth it!

One of the most friendliest stores I been to in bakersfield. Everytime I go in. Every employee has excellent customer service. Always clean and organized in the store. Don't really review on gas station stores. But just want go recognize great customer service!

The workers are always so kind, it's amazing! Such a great atmosphere to grab delicious freshly made coffee in the morning and a little something from the bakery. Everyone is always so happy and energetic, it just makes my day better!

I absolutely love coming to Sully's, the employees are all very friendly and helpful.
Kelly is a standout employee, he always goes above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service.
Shout-out to Brittany, Brian, Justin, Amanda, Jason and their boss Lila too.
I'm a regular customer and I'm always impressed by the cleanliness and speed of service any hour of the day.
The selection of local and craft products as well is really impressive, it nice being able to grab Rig City coffee, Dewar's ice cream or a brew from Dionysus 2 minutes from home.
