Wish I could say something good about this place.
First I was on their web page it had a place to send a text so I did. With in a minute I got a response saying a sale's person would be connected soon. That was at 2:18 on Tuesday afternoon.
Just got contacted wensday at 11:40 stating they was checking inventory. That was 21 hours to respond.
It is now 2:00 and haven't heard anything from them.
Looks like they do not want to help me with the purchase of a new RV.
It's a shame that they will not help, I would call if I could but I am disabled and can not speak on the phone very good.
So it looks like this is not the place that cares about a person or they just make so much money on there MARK UP of every unit that if you don't walk in they don't care. When I got my last new RV I went to Georgia did everything on line and drove to pick it up. They treated me like a real person. I tryed to give a florida dealer a chance again to make a sale but I guess I'm better going out of state again. To bad I have checked with a few florida dealers and they all are bad. They just don't care unless you go in to be helped.

We purchased a used RV from Fort Pierce location. The campers were clean and had great presentation with a lot to choose from. Jeffrey was our salesman and was friendly , Knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with no pressure. And, we feel that we got a great value. We definitely will refer friends and family Thank you

Overall Great experience with Suncamper and Jeffery (sales guy). We never felt pressured to purchase and we were given many options to look at. The walk thru was very good and the tech was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Communication was good and all of the options were laid out (financing, extended warranty, etc.) All of the issues were addressed before we picked it up, except for a damaged decal, but a good fix was presented and we went with it.

Excellent customer service from the whole team at Sun Camper RV. My salesman Tom really worked with me as a first time buyer to understand the process and get RV and met all my needs for a good price. Keith the tech who gave me my walk-through splint plenty of time showing me the ropes and making sure I was comfortable before leaving. Any questions or assistance I have needed in the first days since, they have provided quick and excellent support while fitting me into their busy schedule. Paul in their service department was the last gentleman I spoke with regarding some questions to get a few routine things adjusted here or there and you can tell he is really passionate about what he does and even went over some awesome tips about different parks throughout the state and how to handle certain emergency situations. I’m glad I bought local and I’m glad I went with Sun Campers

As soon as we enter the parking lot noticed we didn’t have a salesperson running out to harass us, excellent. We walked the big lot for about 30 minutes looking at their RV’s until we had questions.
