Purchased a 2017 Nitro Z21 from Alec recently and he was top notch from day one! I had a few minor issues which can be expected when buying a used boat, Randy took care of everything for me and Alec even took the boat out for a test drive to make sure I wouldn't have any more problems. My wife and I recently bought a new tritoon from Sundown Marine and I have to say that we are very pleased with the boat. Alec was our salesman and he was very easy to work with. After having the boat on the water a few times we had a minor issue with the electric bimini top and Alec had us bring the boat in for a diagnosis. They were able to diagnose the issue and make the repair on the same day. We also just recently had to take the boat in after the break in period for the motor was up. They were able to get the boat in for the service and back to us in just two days. I highly recommend Sundown Marine.

Website is pretty good, like the prices I saw. But, Website is INCORRECT. closed on Mondays I drive an hour and a half to look at some models. I should have called ahead to make sure. Edit... I should have said the Google page had the wrong information.... i used that to go by, NOT Sundowns web page. Next chance I get (hopefully not a Monday) I will come see yall.

Worked with Alec to purchase a used pontoon boat and he was very helpful throughout the whole process. Answered all my questions through text or email so we could work out a deal and pick up time that worked for both of us. Financing was easy but my motor was mislabeled as we shall see the my aireator quit working after two weeks we shall see how well service handles these issues. A follow up to this review previously a low rating but service was impeccable every purchase base some issues but how it’s handled makes all the difference. Well done Alec and Randy!

One of the most inhospitable places I have ever visited. Purchased a used boat and was told it would be delivered on two different occasions. Called on the 3rd day and was told by the parts guy it hasn't been started. I expressed my frustration and was told "are you done!" Well.. I can tell you this, I done with Sundown. I live down the road and you have lost any service business I would have given you. Alec never followed up and explained what was going on. An update would have been nice. I finally called and told them I was on my way to pick it up and would have it finished elsewhere. BTW parts guy.. NEVER tell a customer who wants to buy a stainless prop "you don't need it!" I may have wanted it for looks.
