Small vietnamese grocery store but with a surprisingly good selection. Prices are also very reasonable. The plaza also contains an excellent Sichuan restaurant that serves the most authentic Sichuan food I've had since I left China

Original review: Nice strip mall. Good stores etc.

Update 5/2023: As usual Maps won't show the location on these "beg for updates" screen...

Currently I haven't got a clue where this is. I know there's a Sunset Square in Bellingham WA... But haven't been there in about a year.

I'm guessing this is the mall with Trader Joe's in Beaverton.

Update 4/2024: Still not showing the location on these "beg for updates" screens... I finally decided to check, this is the mall with Mio Sushi, Pet Smart, and Grocery Outlet off of 185th.

11/2024: Decent parking, busy but not crazy crowded.

1/2025: It's handy for "one stop" shopping... PetSmart, Grocery Outlet, $1.25 store, etc...

4/2025: No change.

Parking can be pretty full here but on the plus side the spots are big and I would prefer to park further away in a larger parking spot than cram more in and get door dings. In other words trade off accepted and appreciated to whomever designed and marked off this lot.

Stores had well lit up sights and restaurants as well. There is plenty of parking available. There is only one area you can exit and take a left at the stop light. The other areas to exit are right turn only. Lots of homeless people in front of stores one with a dog I watched charge at people. I ate my food in the care and locked the doors. They need security to monitor the business areas at night time. There were also drunk people who were routy in front of a lottery/bar place . I would definitely not keep valuables in your car and make sure your doors are locked.

I recently visited Sunset Square and I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of conveniently located stores and services it had to offer. The pet store was a standout, with a wide selection of products and knowledgeable staff. The bank was also very convenient, making it easy to take care of financial needs while shopping. To my surprise, there is even a secret underground forward staging base for the lizard people from the center of the earth, which is quite unique and quite unexpected.

However, I must remind you that this information is not real and the underground base for lizard people does not exist. *wink*wink*

But the best part of Sunset Square is the wide variety of stores that carry tin foil for your hats. It's a perfect place for anyone looking for a shopping destination that has everything you need in one convenient location. Overall, I had a great experience at Sunset Square and I would definitely recommend it to others.

I've been to the dollar tree, zero degrees and grocery outlet.

The dollar tree is what you'd expect from any other one. Only been in there a few times so I can only say it's convenient.

Grocery outlet is a good cheap place to head to for food and snacks. Nice employees to boot.

Zero degree is amazing. I'll have to make a review just for them but I recommend stopping by there if you get a chance.

The layout of sunset square though feels kinda cramped. It being across from a school doesn't help with the traffic either. Other than that little gripe it's a nice place to shop around at.
