We love this place! Great variety of goods for sure, but even better is the cool guy that owns this place! We've visited here from out of state twice, and the owner is the nicest, most friendly guy EVER! He makes you feel like family! We've talked about him and our shopping experience for the last 2 years! Super friendly staff too! You can tell that authentically, kind customer service is important to these guys.

Our kids bought skate decks here 2 years ago and staff was super helpful and friendly. Was super fun to see the owner again and purchase some fun Tshirts to take back home. Thank you for being such cool human beings guys!

These guys have everything including great customer service! I've come here at least once a year for the last five years and always left happy. The owner, Jesus, has always been super friendly and helpful. I've recommended and taken friends to his shop many times and he's always treated us like family. He is very helpful and knowledgeable about his craft, never overselling us stuff we don't need. If you just want to rent equipment, he's got you covered with a huge inventory of rental equipment.

Awesome staff. Really helpful, professional, and actually down sold me on an item that they thought would be a better fit for my kid. Really honest and genuinely wanted me to get what was a right fit and not just make a sale. Highly recommend and Ill tell you this. Id rather spend my money at a local store then ordering something you hope is right online. Definitely going back with my other kids to buy them something fun to do with their friends OUTSIDE.

My first impressions of the shop are that they just put as much stuff in a store as possible. Would be nice to be able to walk up to the boards or shop around the clothes without stuff on the floor. The staff was young and uneducated trying to sell boards that are 5+ years old, with dings and delams. They state they are are brand new and worth the 600+ dollars they wanted to charge. I was interested in a few boards and was asking on pricing considering the issues on the boards but the kids there were just snappy and the owner was quiet and should probably step in at some point to help himself and his shop out. I wouldn’t recommend this shop.

I've been coming here since it opened I wouldn't be what you call a regular customer. Don't buy stuff yeast round. I Re-up every year late spring because I only paddle out during the summer. Jesus the owner always remembers me every year goes out of his way to find what I need and if he doesn't have it he will order it. Customer service here and friendliness is top-notch as well as selection we got a little gem here in Imperial Beach
