ZERO STARS HERE! "There's no button for that on the computer" the lady cashier said. Couldn't get the manager to help, but wanted to over charge us for a sweatshirt anyway. The tags were clearly priced differently for the same exact items but different sizes, and rung up both at 39.99, yet the sign stated they're $10 off. The price tag is $32.99, so it should have cost $22.99. Simple math right! But she can't override their computer and wanted me to pay full price anyway regardless of their errors & poor customer service. Rude lady! I could tell the young guy working the cash register knew it was wrong and appeared embarrassed & the lady was acting dumb or just is. They obviously don't care about quality service, morals or values, we left and went to a different store in Treasure Island with the accurate pricing & better service.

What a wonderful shop from the impeccable customer service to their unique merchandise sold. They have tons of souvenirs for visitors tons of beachy decor for locals. They sell hermit crabs which has become my son's new favorite addition to the family. Prices are great and affordable. Ethan is awesome helped us with the hermits when we first got them and again when purchasing a few more. He's polite had great customer service skills he's knowledgeable and didn't mind taking the time to help us out with out 20 questions. Definitely an asset to the company and deserves a raise for going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and proper care knowledgeable too. Clothes jewelry hermit crabs they have it all and everything in betd ween this location is my favorite and go to for beach needs highly recommend stopping in here if near John's pass. 🐚 🦀 🌊

The clerk failed to remove the security tag from my shirt and it did not set off the alarm when I left. I didn't discover this until I got home. I had to drive 45 minutes one way back here to get it removed. I wouldn't have bothered with this review had the manager at least offered me an apology for the inconvenience. According to her, their security tag system doesn't work, so do with that what you will.
