Staff was excellent. very polite and helpful. I had the Oreo fudge sundae 3 scoops and the girl had a single scoop cone.ice cream was excellent.pricing was not an issue. Both items totaled 20 bucks. Close to the beach and ample parking you can't complain. Plus you can sample a few flavors if you want.

Ice cream was really good, chocolate was just as good. Wanted to get a split scoop as I am lactose intolerant. Was told I couldn’t. Missed out on the sale from me, but the family all got ice cream. The little things go a long way with customer service these days. Overall cool place. Cool strip mall.

Upon our arrival to Panama City after our wonderful dinner at J Michael’s, our girls wanted ice cream. We decided to try Sweet Cone Alabama. Which did not disappoint. We were in there about 7:30pm on the 28th. ( Saturday night ). A few minutes after we entered a mass amount of people came. There were already two groups in front of us. Just want to say to the owner that the young girl running the store completely by herself did an amazing job. She should’ve had some help with her. As a business owner obviously I understand, this is not a busy time of year but just wanted to recognize that she handled herself very well. Ice cream was amazing. My wife and girls loved it. We visit Panama City Beach very often because of my wife’s parents living here, we will definitely be back!

Went here for some ice cream, had the brown butter, marshmallow and coconut almond ice cream and it was so so good! I also got my mom the orange sherbet and she loved it!! Service was amazing as well

Great ice cream! They offer taste tests which is nice. To correct other negative posts about price, it's only $5.99 for a scoop not $10.

We walked out, I’m in a wheelchair. When we got in, through the parking lot with no handicap spaces, or a dip in the sidewalk to wheel in safely. The clerk was rude. When we asked about the parking lot, she finally looked at us and said ‘That’s not really my problem. What do you want me to do about it?’ So even if the treats are amazing, win them a new customer.

The ice cream was very good, I must admit that. But so completely not worth what I spent. When I looked at the menu and it told me how much it was for one scoop apparently I was supposed to look somewhere else to see that the sugar cone was extra. Anyways, I spent like $11 for one scoop of ice cream. I wanted to find out, and I did. And as I said, it was good. But I will not go there again. The marble slab is not even that expensive and they’re better.
