I was working on a simple yet, very challenge automotive job. While trying to drill through spring steel (automotive leaf springs) I managed to burn up 3 drill bits. Was referred to T A Tools by a few people. After briefly describing the job I was doing, I was sold a drill carbide drill bit and given a little coaching. The only place to get tools that are not Chinese junk. I did not know that drill bits were supposed to be sharp. The box store drill bits are only good for wood not metal as they are poorly made.

Very rude, I heard about them and went to check out, so I walk in the door and the first thing you see is a sign that SAYS "NO LOOKING" so I think wow! well how do I know what they have if I can't look. The man comes out and wants to know what I want I tell him I wanted to see what they had to offer and he looked really confused and said if I wasn't there to buy anything that he had a lot of work to do in the back and he can't help me. So I left and mow I'm writing this to let everyone know about the HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. People I was a sales manager for a huge retail company for 8 years and it's amazing how rude the people are. I'd rather pay more them ever shop here!!!
